How to make a payment for the Device Damage and Loss Protection Program
The Device Damage and Loss Protection Program is optional and it provides an inexpensive solution for parents/guardians to reduce the financial burden if an accident, loss, or theft of an LOSD-owned student device occurs. The annual program is offered at the beginning of each school year. The Technology Consent and Acceptable Use form is required upon enrollment and must also be renewed each school year, whether or not your student uses a district-owned device.
If you have a newly-enrolled student, we'll need to add the Program as an item in your student's SchoolCash account. Please submit a ticket to the help desk with your student's ID number. After you submit your request, we'll provide further instructions on how to make a payment in SchoolCash.
New students will have 30 days from the first date of enrollment to sign up and pay for the program. Fee waivers/reductions are available for qualifying low-income families.

Please make sure that you have an active ParentVue account before you try to create an account in SchoolCash.
